Information on out-of-court dispute resolution

With regard to an obligation under Sections 36 and 37 of the VSBG, we would like to inform you that we are not obliged to enter into an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the VSBG and do not participate in such a procedure. The Berlin Chamber of Dentists has set up an arbitration board for disputes arising from professional relationships in accordance with the Berlin Chamber Act (BKG), which patients can contact if they have doubts about the correctness of dental services.
